Our 9ft tabletop shuffleboard is the classic pub and games-room game scaled up for events. Two players or two teams slide weighted pucks down the maple-effect deck, aiming for the numbered scoring zones at the far end, knocking each other's weights out of the way in the process. It's quick to learn, genuinely competitive, and quiet enough to sit in a breakout room or a wedding reception without drowning the conversation out. It's the sort of game that's perfect for releasing the competitive edge between work colleagues, family or just friends when you go head to head for the winning title, without needing anyone to break a sweat. We send it out to awards evenings, office parties, school events, university events, networking events, staff engagement sessions and team building days across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield, and nationwide for bigger bookings. The hire comes ready to play: the 9ft board, four pucks and four pushers, and shuffleboard wax. No power needed, so it sits happily indoors on a hard floor or artificial grass, and outdoors on grass or a hard standing. We don't run it on concrete, mixed grass/hard surfaces or wood chip, as the deck needs a flat, stable base. Slide it alongside our air hockey, football table, table tennis or commercial pool table for a tabletop-games corner, or fold it into a wider exhibition game hire line-up.

Two practical things worth knowing before you book. The board travels in a heavy flight case on wheels, so we can't carry it up or down stairs, and any upstairs room needs lift access. And because it's nine foot long, please check your room dimensions with us before booking for indoor use, especially in older venues with alcoves or narrow doors.

We can also turn it into a branded game. Our in-house print team applies and removes rail branding and a branded skirt after the event, so the unit goes back to standard stock for the next hire, no stickers left on the deck. Rail branding is £125, a full branded skirt is £195.
