Sumo Suit & Action Suit Hire
Two players, padded suits, crash mats on the floor, and a simple rule: knock the other person over.
The classic line-up is Adult Sumo Suits and Children's Sumo Suits, both from £149. Full-body padded suits with helmets, a 15ft x 15ft crash mat, and no power needed, so they work anywhere you have a flat surface. Kangaroo Boxing (from £199) swaps wrestling for boxing: two padded kangaroo suits, four oversized gloves (two per player), same footprint. Running a mixed-age event? The adult and children's suits are separate sets at the same price, so just book both.
One thing worth knowing before you pick a spot: the suits go on any flat surface indoors or out, but we don't set them up on bare concrete, wood chip or a mixed grass-and-hardstanding surface. A sports hall floor, artificial turf or a level lawn is what we're booking against.
The zorbs are the bigger kit. Zorbs with inflatable surround and Zorbs with Kris Cross Track (both from £895) put players inside giant transparent human hamster balls. The surround is an open arena to roll around in; the Kris Cross track is an 80ft x 35ft two-lane race course with inflatable walls (allow 85ft x 35ft and 12ft of headroom). Both take children and adults, run off a blower, and work outdoors on grass or indoors on hard floors and artificial grass. Water Zorbs (from £995) are the wet version: two-metre spheres on a sealed pool, fully staffed for up to four hours, and they need a tap and hose up to 24 hours before your start time so the pool can fill.
What every hire includes
- Delivery, setup and collection by our own team, 8am to 6pm
- £5 million public liability insurance, with risk assessments on request
- Kit we own, maintain and have hired out for over 25 years, from our 25,000 sq ft Rotherham warehouse
- A responsible adult (18+) supervising the suits at all times, or a trained attendant from us so you don't need to allocate your own staff
- Overnight hire for a flat £25 across your whole booking
If you want several of these together, our Action Package (from £499) bundles sumo suits with gladiator duel, pillow bash, bouncy boxing and space hoppers.
These sit happily alongside Action Games, Gladiator Challenge or It's A Knockout if you're building a bigger event. For corporate days, start at Team Building.
Jennie Talbot said after her event: "We hired inflatables, tug of war, and sumo suits from DB Entertainment for an event and were really impressed. The equipment was in great condition, everything was delivered and set up on time."
We're based in Rotherham, five minutes off the M1, so Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield are on a normal delivery run, with nationwide coverage for bigger bookings. Pick your suits or your zorbs, hit the green button on the product page to add them to your quote, and we'll get back to you the same day.
