Christmas Party Hire
Festive event hire from our Rotherham warehouse, with everything from Santa's grottos and walk-in snow globes to reindeer racing and the Rodeo Reindeer. We deliver across South Yorkshire, the East Midlands and the rest of the UK for offices, councils, schools and private Christmas parties.
What we hire at Christmas
The Christmas season is the run of events we work between late November and the New Year:
Christmas items we hire
The items that get booked first every December are Santa's Grotto, the Giant Inflatable Snow Globe and Reindeer Racing. Batak Snowball Smash and Roll a Ball Reindeer Racing go alongside them, and the Rodeo Reindeer and Rodeo Christmas Pudding both come with our trained operator included.
For props there's Nutcrackers, Santa Sky Dancers and the Christmas Snow Globe Selfie Photo Pod. For catering we run the Hot Chocolate Machine, Mulled Wine and a full range of carnival side stalls.
Why hire from DB

Where we deliver
We're based in Rotherham, near Sheffield, and Christmas work runs across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Leeds, Hull, Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the whole of Yorkshire, with Doncaster, Worksop, Chesterfield and Derby all routine runs and bigger packages going nationwide. December weekends book up early, and the grottos and snow globes are usually fully booked well in advance, so it's worth getting in early if your date is set.
As Rachel J said after a staff Christmas party: "Everyone enjoyed having a go on the Rodeo Reindeer at our staff Xmas party. It all went smoothly, which is what you need when you're planning a party."
