Pop-up gazebos and party marquees for hire from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, along with the weights, flooring, lighting, tables and chairs that go around them. The 3m x 3m gazebo starts at £85 and the 3m x 4.5m at £95, with large stock of both, because festivals, galas and markets need a row of shelters up before the gates open, not just one. We’ve been hiring out event kit since 1999 and 95% of it lives in-house.
Christmas markets and the busy season
The Christmas Market Stall Hire is a 3m x 4.5m mini marquee with a timber-look market hut frontage, the kind you see at German and Belgian Christmas markets. Underneath the cladding it’s an industrial, council-compliant shelter, and we hold up to ten of them for town councils, schools and businesses running markets, light switch-ons and festive fairs across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster and Barnsley. Markets that run for a weekend or a full season get discounted rates on longer hires.
Through the rest of the year the same gazebos cover traders’ pitches at food festivals, beer gardens for pubs, crew and catering shelters at corporate events, cover for wedding receptions and birthday parties, and gazebo rows at school fun days. One corporate summer social took four marquees in a single booking alongside the games.

What holds it all down
The first thing we ask is whether the site is grass or hard standing. On turf the frames pin down; on tarmac and concrete they need weight instead, which is where the 500kg concrete marquee weights from £15 and the 2.5m Concrete Jersey Barrier from £12.50 come in. Roll a Track Flooring from £120 goes underneath when the ground is soft or uneven, non-slip but comfortable to walk on. Sides and backs are available for the gazebos, rain gutters join two together so the seam stays dry, and there are bigger industrial gazebos for larger spaces.

Our in-house team prints custom gazebo tops, sides and banners, so a standard canopy arrives as a branded one and your pitch is easy to spot on a busy market - see the Branding page. We also manage branded stock for a range of customers: their printed gazebos live in our warehouse between events, and we deliver, set up and maintain them hire after hire.
Delivery and setup
Everything goes out clean on our own trucks, gets assembled and secured on site, and we’ll place furniture and signage while we’re there. There’s no customer collection, the warehouse isn’t open for browsing, so the only items you can view in person are the sale ones. We’re out around Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster most days with regular runs to Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield, and nationwide delivery for bigger bookings, Manchester and Leeds included. Every hire carries £5 million public liability insurance as standard.
