Arcade Games Hire

We carry over 50 arcade and interactive games, all owned and maintained at our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham. Retro cabinets loaded with Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Donkey Kong sit alongside twin-seat racing simulators, dance machines with built-in PA and LED lighting, virtual pinball, virtual bowling, prize cranes and a cash grabber. Prices start from £175 per machine, with multi-item deals when you hire two or more.

Every machine runs off a standard 13A plug socket and looks after itself once it's plugged in, so most hires don't need staff. We deliver, set up, test and collect everything ourselves, and your guests just walk up and play. If you'd prefer someone overseeing the games, we can supply staff to manage them and keep everything running smoothly.

Build an Arcade Zone

One arcade machine adds something to do. Three or more create a proper arcade zone people spend the evening around. A mix that works for corporate Christmas parties and summer socials: two retro arcade games (from £495/day for the pair), an Atari Pong table (from £425) and a dance machine (from £495). Four machines covering nostalgia, competition and getting people on their feet, for around £1,400.

For larger events, add a Sega Rally 2 twin sit-down (from £1,995) as a centrepiece, or a prize crane (from £495) filled with branded prizes or gift vouchers. We'll put a package price together based on what you need.

Racing Simulators

The Sega Rally 2 Twin Sit Down is the standout: two full-size racing seats side by side, steering wheels, pedals and four rally tracks. Two colleagues racing head-to-head draws a crowd every time. From £1,995/day. The Fast and Furious Twin (from £1,495) is the modern alternative with licensed street-racing branding; it's a heavyweight unit that needs planning around access and power, so our office will quote that one directly. If you'd rather start smaller, the Racing Car Simulator offers an F1-style experience from £495, with optional leaderboard tracking.

Retro Arcade Games

Plenty of the 30-55 corporate crowd grew up on these and everyone has a Pac-Man or Space Invaders story. We carry two formats: the coffee-table style retro arcade, which works well in lounge areas, and the upright cabinet for the classic look. Both come loaded with dozens of games. From £325 each, or two machines from £495/day. The Atari Pong table (from £425) comes with two branded Atari chairs, looks as good as it plays and suits reception areas and breakout spaces. virtual pinball (from £495) offers hundreds of tables on a digital playfield with proper flipper buttons.

Prize and Incentive Games

The prize crane (from £495) is the most brandable machine we carry. Full window and body panel branding, adjustable win rate from every-play-wins to 1-in-100, and white, red or purple/green cabinets. Fill it with soft toys, branded merchandise or gift vouchers. Amazon and Specsavers have both used our prize cranes for brand activations.

The Grab a Grand cash grabber (from £595) works well as a competition prize. Fill it with cash, vouchers or promotional items, and it handles up to 30 players per hour. Verity Watson said after her event: "The queues for the grabber never went down all night."

Social Games

dance machines run twin dance floors, built-in PA and LED lighting, music from the 70s to now and beginner-to-expert difficulty settings, so you don't need separate audio kit. Emily Green from Twinkl said after their event: "our team loved them and they made a lovely addition to our event."

virtual bowling (from £445) uses real balls and full ten-pin scoring for up to six players, and the interactive basketball game (from £495) takes four players on a 49-inch LCD.

Custom Branding

Many of the arcade machines accept custom branding, produced and applied by our in-house team. Scoreboard branding starts from £29, virtual pinball headers from £69 and dance machine boards from £95, with prize crane full-body wraps and racing simulator chair backs also available.

Nationwide Delivery and What's Included

Machines go out across the UK from Rotherham, five minutes from the M1. Sheffield, Doncaster and Barnsley are same-day territory, and regular routes cover Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle and Liverpool, plus Nottingham, Bristol, London and everywhere between. Give us a postcode and we'll give you a delivery price. Every hire includes delivery, setup, testing and collection by our own team, £5 million public liability insurance, risk assessments and method statements as standard, and PAT-tested machines. Corporate invoicing with payment terms is available. Conference and stand staging, PA and lectern hire, fun food stalls or photo booths can all go on the same invoice from our 600+ products across 68 categories.
