From late November the lorries go out to Christmas lights switch-ons, Christmas markets, town and village council events, corporate Christmas theme days and school Christmas fairs. We have a massive range of Christmas kit, and this is the party side of it: the mulled wine, the games, the photo booths and the marquees. The mulled wine stall
Mulled Wine is what this category gets booked for most. It's a heated stall with a trained server, traditional mulled wine and a non-alcoholic Winter Warmer (both Vegetarian Society Vegan certified, gluten-free and nut-free), indoors or out, and it turns out hundreds of cups an hour. Amazon books it for staff Christmas parties year after year at sites from Dunfermline to Tilbury, and at one of them a single stall got through 2,750 portions. From £895 plus VAT.
One thing to know before you book: most events need licensing cover to serve the alcoholic option, either the venue's premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice from your council. Even a free glass counts as supply. Licensing advice is included with the hire, so we'll talk it through with you.

Packages that take the planning off you
Ultimate Christmas School Fair Package puts a Chair O Planes ride, candy floss, Beat the Buzzer and a Santa's Grotto together with two of our team on site, from £1,295. Party Marquee Hire gives you a 4.5m x 3m marquee with roller-track flooring from £89, with infrared heating and disco lighting available as add-ons for a winter do. The Side Games package is five garden games, Giant Snakes and Ladders, Connect 4, Jenga, Beat the Buzzer and Space Hoppers, for £149, which is the one we point school fundraisers and village fetes at.
Built and themed in-house
We source and create all our props ourselves and have done for over 25 years, so if your switch-on or theme day needs something bespoke, from a single prop to a full market setup, tell us the brief and we'll build to it. Branded kit is covered on our Branding page.
