School Rewards Day Activities Hire
We bring inflatables, sports games, climbing activities and larger attractions to schools for end-of-term rewards days, leavers' events and whole-school activity days. The equipment is delivered and set up on site, so the school does not have to arrange coaches or an outside venue.
Most rewards days need several activities running at once. Tell us the pupil numbers, age groups, timetable and field space and we can suggest equipment that will fit the site and get pupils through at a sensible rate.
Recent School Rewards Days
At Outwood Academy Portland in Worksop, we supplied a 100ft army-themed assault course, football darts with a penalty shootout and an inflatable basketball game for pupils across the school. A job at Sparken Hill Academy used a large bouncy castle, a 75ft red and black assault course and a mega slide.
Both schools had several activities running rather than one long queue. For larger year groups, a mixture of assault courses, sports games and climbing walls gives pupils different things to move between during the day.
Different Ages and Group Sizes
Primary schools tend to need gentler inflatables and straightforward games that younger pupils can use confidently. Secondary schools usually ask us for larger assault courses, sports challenges, climbing walls and team activities. A single year-group treat needs much less equipment than a full-school event rotating hundreds of pupils through timed sessions, so the numbers matter.
Staff, Power and Paperwork
We've worked in event hire since 1999 and own around 95% of the equipment we send out. It is prepared at our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham. Bookings include £5 million public liability insurance, and we can send risk assessments and method statements before the day.
Send us the event date, pupil numbers, year groups, operating times and the usable dimensions of the field, playground or sports hall. We also need to know about vehicle access, gate widths, slopes, steps and the distance from the unloading point.
Most inflatables need mains power. If suitable 13A sockets are not close enough, we can include generators and cable protection. Attractions that require a trained operator will be staffed by DB, while school staff remain responsible for pupils and movement between activities.
This category is for pupil rewards days, leavers' celebrations and school activity days. If parents and the public will attend, or stalls will raise funds, start with our school fun day hire page instead.
Use the green Get A Quote button to add the activities you are considering, then include the school postcode, pupil numbers, age range, available space and preferred timetable. We can work out a practical running order from there.
