Wedding Entertainment Hire in Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop, Doncaster & Barnsley

We've been supplying wedding entertainment across South Yorkshire since 1999 - the food carts, photo booths and games that fill the gaps between the ceremony and the first dance, all delivered, set up and packed away by our own team. Hire items individually, or book one of the all-in bundles: the Wedding Gold Package or the smaller Wedding Silver Package.

What the range covers

• Food and treats: the Candy Floss Machine and Pop Corn Cart come with a member of staff making up to 150 portions over three hours, alongside the Pick 'N' Mix Sweetie Stand and Honey Roasted Nut Cart. More sweet options sit in our Fun Food Hire range.
• Photos: the 360 Photobooth Hire films slow-motion clips of your guests with its circling camera arm, the AI Photo Booth generates a portrait of them in any scene they choose, and the Magic Selfie Mirror prints instant photo keepsakes - see the full Photo Booth Hire range.
• Games for the gaps: the Side Games package from £149, the Horse Racing Package, Arcade Interactive Basketball, Plinko and Beat the Buzzer keep guests mixing while the photographs happen.
• Extra touches: the Wedding Royal Mail Post Box is an original cast-iron Royal Mail box, not a replica, with a personalised collection plate and key, from £45. Add the Throne Chair Hire and a Balloon Modeller working the room.
• Younger guests: the Toddler Soft Play Package keeps the under-sixes busy through the speeches.

Staffed, insured and set up by us

Every staffed attraction comes with a trained attendant, so nobody from the wedding party ends up supervising kit at midnight. Need more cover? We can add event staff by the hour, from £130 for up to three hours (1 x Staff Up to 3 hours, with longer shifts listed alongside). We carry £5 million public liability on every hire and send risk assessments and method statements to your venue or planner before the day - hotel and country club health and safety teams ask for these in advance, and we're used to dealing with them direct. Around 95% of our kit is owned in-house from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse at Rotherham, five minutes off the M1.

Planning the day

Tell us the venue, guest numbers and running order and we'll suggest a mix that fits. The popcorn and candy floss carts need a 13 amp socket within 25 metres, or we can bring a generator, and both come with their own table and marquee if the weather turns. For the lawn, Giant Connect 4 and Giant Jenga are proven wedding additions - the games really helped make our wedding the fun, relaxed day we wanted, as Kate Fletcher said.
