A 100-foot run of inflatable obstacles in glossy red and black, with room for up to 18 racers on it at once and a slide off the 8ft platform at the end. Children and adults both race it, which is why it turns up everywhere from school fun days to corporate team-building challenges.
Racers thread between upright pillars, duck under crossed beams and work through the connected sections of the course before climbing to the slide finish. Mesh netting runs the length of both sides, so whoever is supervising can see the whole field of play at a glance.
We deliver it, inflate it and take it away ourselves, and it's one of eight assault courses we own outright at our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham. It's PIPA tested annually (this one carries tag 62634) and every hire comes with £5 million public liability cover as standard. It sits on grass, or on a hard surface where we can anchor it down securely, so tell us about your site when you get your quote.
Who hires it
Year 6 leavers parties, village galas, scout camps, stag and hen weekends, university events and company fun days. A couple of the Google reviews say it well:

Other lengths in the fleet
If 120ft of clear, level space sounds like too much, the 75ft Mega Assault Course gives you the same red and black colours in a shorter build, and the 100ft Army Themed swaps them for camouflage. For something more dramatic, the 100ft with Base Jump finishes with a climb to the top and a leap of faith into a landing zone. For festival-scale events there's also the staffed 120ft modular course and the 220ft Bootcamp.

The essentials
- Hire from £699 + VAT. All prices exclude VAT (+20%) and a minimum spend can apply depending on your event location.
- Space needed: 120ft x 18ft of clear, level ground with 14ft of overhead clearance.
- Capacity: up to 18 users on the course at any one time, children through to adults.
- Power: four electric blowers run off four normal 13 amp sockets. If the site has no mains power we hire petrol blowers and 6kVA diesel generators - see Generator and Safety Equipment for the options.
- Included: delivery, full setup and collection by our own crew, with blowers, power leads and safety mats.
Why does the size panel say 207.3ft? Our red and black courses link end to end for big events, and the PIPA inspector measures the full linked run as one device. Hired on its own, this course is the 100ft run described above and needs the 120ft x 18ft of clear space listed here.
Where it works
- Indoors on artificial grass or a hard floor.
- Outdoors on grass, or on a suitable hard surface where it can be anchored down securely. Not on bare concrete, wood chip, or a grass-and-concrete patchwork - ask us before booking if your site isn't straightforward.
Staffing and paperwork
If you have responsible adults who can supervise the course yourselves, it may cost less to hire it without our staff - talk to the office. Alternatively, trained event attendants can be added to run it for you. Risk assessments and method statements can be sent to you or your venue ahead of the event for schools, councils and corporate bookings.
Delivery area
We deliver and collect ourselves. Local runs go out regularly to Sheffield and Rotherham (see Assault Course Hire in Sheffield and Assault Course Hire in Rotherham) plus Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop, Chesterfield and the surrounding towns, and we book nationwide for larger jobs.
