A commercial hot chocolate machine with a dedicated uniformed server, ready to pour at corporate events, Christmas parties, winter fairs, markets, weddings and private celebrations. Every cup comes topped with whipped cream and marshmallows as standard.
The machines are commercial countertop dispensers, gently heated and stirred throughout service so the last cup pours as well as the first. Whether you've got 50 guests or 500, everyone gets a proper cup of hot chocolate without queuing for ages. Your server handles everything from setup to the final pour, so nobody on your side is stuck behind a tap.
We get through plenty of it: one December alone we served around 20,000 cups of hot chocolate at events across the UK, most of it alongside warm mini doughnuts, pretzels or mulled wine for the grown-ups.

The Kit
We run commercial countertop dispensers (GGM Gastro units among them) with thermostatic control and constant stirring, so nothing burns and the taps don't clog. Indoors they sit on a normal trestle table beside rows of prepped kraft ripple cups. Outdoors, we can run it market-stall style from our red-and-white striped gazebos under festoon lights, alongside the warm mini doughnut stall.
Hire Duration
Three hours of serving is standard, longer by arrangement.
Suitability
Fine indoors on artificial grass or hard floors, and outdoors on grass, concrete, mixed ground, hard surface or wood chip.
Power
A standard mains socket nearby does the job. No mains where you're standing? We supply generators to suit.
Price and Coverage
From £895 plus VAT with the lot above included. Based in Rotherham five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18: regular cover for Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Chesterfield, then nationwide for bigger bookings including London and Birmingham. Minimum spend may apply further afield.
Pairs Well With
Hot dog machines, candy floss, popcorn carts, pick 'n' mix and honey roasted nuts all go down well alongside. Mulled wine is the classic winter double act.
