Our hot dog machine comes with the service built in. A uniformed member of our team sets up the steamer, serves for the full hire and clears it away afterwards, so nobody from your side spends the afternoon stuck behind a warmer. You get 96 jumbo frankfurter-style hot dogs served on giant buns with ketchup and American mustard as standard, and extra ones are £2.25 each in batches of 24 if the crowd looks peckish.
The machine is the kind of glass-fronted steamer you see at street food pitches and cinema kiosks. Sausages sit hot in the compartments below while buns warm on the shelves above, so every dog goes out properly hot even with a deep queue. It works on a hall floor indoors or outside on grass or hard standing, and it goes down as well with adults as it does with kids.

We've supplied fun foods for over 25 years, long enough to have taken the cart everywhere from school halls in Sheffield and Doncaster to community events like the Cortonwood Comeback near Barnsley. 95% of our kit is owned in-house and every booking carries £5 million public liability insurance.
Hot dogs also sit comfortably alongside the rest of our fun food range. Book three or more items together, say candy floss, popcorn or honey roasted nuts, and we'll put a package price together. If you'd rather staff it yourselves, we hire the steamer out on its own too.

Hire Duration

Extra Hot Dogs
£2.25 each, ordered in batches of 24. Give us rough guest numbers when you book and we'll stock the steamer accordingly.
Dry Hire Without Staff
You can take the steamer on its own if you'd rather put your own people behind it. Ask for the dry-hire rate when you request your quote.
Power
The steamer plugs into a standard mains socket. Field sites with no power are workable too - we supply generators where they're needed.
Pricing
From £295 plus VAT (+20%). A minimum spend may apply depending on how far out your event is.
Coverage
The steamer lives in our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield are routine runs, and we cover West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester regularly too. Nationwide delivery takes care of bigger bookings, with regular stops including the NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central and ExCeL London.
Make It a Fun Food Package
Mix in hot chocolate, mulled wine or pick 'n' mix alongside candy floss, popcorn and honey roasted nuts. Any three or more fun foods booked together gets a package price.
