Hire a mulled wine stall with a trained server for corporate Christmas parties, office events, shopping centre promotions, Christmas markets and charity fundraisers. We serve traditional mulled wine and a rich non-alcoholic mulled fruit drink, so there's an option for everyone. Both are Vegetarian Society Vegan certified, gluten-free and nut-free.
The alcohol-free option is our Winter Warmer: Simply mulled fruit syrup with orange, lemon and gentle spices, topped up with hot water and garnished with orange slices and cinnamon sticks. It comes in at 88 kcal a cup.
The stall and heating system work indoors or outdoors, and the setup handles hundreds of cups per hour, so queues stay short even at busy events. Your server manages pouring, restocking, safety and guest experience, leaving your team free to enjoy the event. The classic mulled wine aroma helps draw people over, too.
Amazon has booked us for staff Christmas parties year after year, at sites from Dunfermline to Tilbury - at one of them a single stall got through 2,750 portions. It's built for long shifts, large crowds and high-footfall spots, and setup is quick.
Pairings and Packages
A roasted chestnut stall alongside the mulled wine is a popular festive pairing, and hot chocolate is the classic winter double act. Book three or more fun food items and we'll put a package price together. Other options include hot dogs, candy floss, popcorn, pick 'n' mix, and honey roasted nuts. We can also put together multi-stall packages for larger events.
Licensing
Most events need licensing cover to serve the alcoholic option - either the venue's premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice from your council. Even a free glass included in the ticket price counts as supply. Licensing advice is included with every hire, so we'll talk through your setup before you book.

The Drinks
Both the mulled wine and the non-alcoholic Winter Warmer are Vegetarian Society Vegan certified, gluten-free and nut-free. The Winter Warmer is Simply's mulled fruit syrup, a mix of orange, lemon and gentle spices, made up with hot water on the stall.
Indoors and Outdoors
Indoors on artificial grass or hard floors; outdoors on concrete, grass, mixed ground, hard surface or wood chip. Outdoors we run it market-stall style from our red-and-white striped gazebos, and for larger events we can put two stalls together. Indoors it sits happily in atriums, showrooms and marquees.
Power
The urns and heaters run off a standard 13A mains socket nearby. No mains on site? We supply generators to suit.
Shifts
Long shifts are what it's built for - on bigger bookings we can cover day and night shifts.
Price
From £895 plus VAT. There may be a minimum spend depending on your event location - ask us for a firm price on your date.
Delivery and Coverage
Based in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. We cover South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, and deliver nationwide to London, Birmingham and beyond. Minimum spend may apply further afield.
