Also known as the Sweeper, this is our Last Man Standing game based on the sweeper from the Total Wipeout TV show. Up to eight players take their spots around a big inflatable bed, and the long padded arms sweep round in circles to knock you off your feet if you aren't on guard, getting faster with every rotation until only one person is left standing. It's as good to watch as it is to play.
The bed is 9.4 metres square (31ft by 31ft) and built for teams of 8 at a time, or an everyone-for-themselves free-for-all. Anyone aged 5 or over can play, children and grown-ups together.
This is the walled version, so knocked-off players stay inside the bed, and it goes up just as happily on hardstanding as on grass, indoors or outdoors. If the only flat space you've got is a car park or a playground, that still works.
Carnivals, school fetes, corporate fun days, scout camps, team building days and of course a fabulous birthday party all suit it, and it's one of the games we build It's a Knockout events around. At the Rotherham Show it drew constant queues from open to close, running alongside our helter skelter and mega slide.

Sweepers have been among the most popular items on our hire fleet since we added the first one, so there are now three to pick from: this walled model, the original Last One Standing/ Wipeout and the Ultimate Wipeout, whose arms sit at two different heights to jump and duck.
Like every inflatable in the warehouse it's safety tested annually, and every hire carries our £5 million public liability insurance. We've been hiring for events since 1999 and own around 95 percent of our stock outright, so the sweeper you book is the one that turns up. Everything runs from our base between Rotherham and Sheffield, five minutes off the A1, M1 and M18.

Space and power
Not sure your venue can take it? Mark out 35ft by 35ft of flat ground with 15ft of clear height. The unit needs a mains supply to run the bed blower and the sweeper arms, and if your site has no hook-up, no power is no problem: we hire petrol blowers and diesel generators from our generators and safety equipment range.
How it plays
Round by round the arms speed up every rotation until the field is cut down to one winner. It's a fixture of our team building days and our It's a Knockout events, so call the office about package options if you're planning either.
Price
From £595 plus VAT, with delivery, set up and collection by our own team. There may be a minimum spend depending on your event location, and it's worth asking about rates for multi-day or multi-item bookings.

We deliver sweeper and wipeout hire locally across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield, regularly to Leeds, York and the wider North, and nationwide for larger bookings, London, Birmingham and Wales included.
