The Rush Mega Slide is our red and black drop slide, built for the stomach-in-your-mouth moment. Climb the bouncy steps, mind your footing on the way up, then lean over the lip at the top. The first stretch of the run is close to vertical, and it stays quick all the way down onto the landing mats at the bottom.
The platform stands 10ft up on an 18ft-tall frame, so the slope is steeper than some of the other slides we stock. Children and adults can both ride, which makes it useful for garden birthdays as much as school fun days. It gets set up across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield week after week, we deliver nationwide for bigger bookings, and it also works indoors on a hall floor where there's the headroom for it.
Someone responsible needs to keep watch on this slide whenever it's running. We can supply trained staff if you'd rather get on with hosting the day, otherwise nominate an adult from your side. The rules printed on the unit itself cover the rest: slide feet first, one person at a time, glasses off.
Plan the footprint before you book: the slide asks for 26ft by 24ft of clear ground with 20ft of overhead room, plus an access route in that's at least 3.3ft wide. Power is simple, one ordinary 13amp household socket within 25 metres. If mains supply is nowhere nearby, we hire petrol blowers and diesel generators that will run it instead.
Between jobs it lives in our own warehouse rather than on somebody else's shelf, and like every inflatable we send out it passes its annual PIPA inspection, tagged 41579, with £5 million public liability insurance behind everything we hire.
Amy Garnett booked the mega inflatable slide for a garden party: "a massive hit with the kids. Staff were great and delivery and collection was on time". On our testimonials page, Emma Armstrong wrote "Great equipment at a competitive price lovely people very professional" and listed the Rush Mega Slide among what she hired.
In size it sits mid-way through our bouncy slides range: the Medium Bouncy Slide starts from £199 for tighter gardens, while over in mega slides the Giant Helter Skelter Slide runs from £645. Schools, scout camps and clubs often pair it with one of our assault courses for a full fun day.
Please note that while every effort is made to get you the coloured inflatable above, there are occasions that this is not possible and we will substitute the inflatable for a different colour one of the same specification. If you want the inflatable in the photos, please make a special note on the booking form in the customer notes section.
Hit the green button to add the Rush Mega Slide to your quote and we'll get back to you the same day.
