A 2m x 1m aluminium stage deck from the SCA11 Aludeck system, the modular panel at the heart of our staging stock and one of the most widely used stage decks in the UK. A single panel starts from £50, and because every stage is a slightly different job, we quote the whole build per date once we know the layout, heights and access.
What one panel gives you
- 2m x 1m of deck, 90mm thick, with an anti-slip hexa-pattern plywood top on an aluminium frame
- 32.45kg a panel, so two people carry it and no forklift is needed
- A maximum load of 750kg per square metre, which is a tonne and a half across one panel
- TUV and DIN certificated
What we build with it
Decks link together into any footprint - flat platforms, drum and camera risers, catwalks, tiered seating for choirs and presentations. Stocked legs give stage heights of 200mm, 570mm and 725mm, and custom heights can be made to order for a small extra fee. Handrails, stage steps and disabled access ramps finish the job, and since the SCA11 is compatible with other industry-standard metric decks, we can usually add to staging you already own.
If you'd rather the stage turn up as one piece, have a look at the Mobile Trailer Stage Hire, the Mini Stage Hire 3x3m or the 6x6m Event Stage Hire, all built and crewed by the same team.
Why hire staging from DB
We've been building event stages from our Rotherham warehouse since 1999, 95% of the kit on the site is owned in-house, and we hold a 5/5 Google rating from 200+ reviews. Every stage we install comes with full structural calculations. Trussing, PA and music kit, stage canopies and temporary power all come from the same warehouse, so one crew handles the lot.
"Hired 200 chairs, stage, sound equipment and heaters for a motivational speaker to address the whole company. The guys turned up well in advance, set everything up and made sure I was happy before leaving site. Great service from friendly guys." Darren said.
We build stages at venues across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield week in, week out, and we quote and deliver nationwide, from village halls to festival fields.
