Doncaster Racecourse on Leger Way (DN2 6BB) is one of Yorkshire's busiest event venues. It is the home of the St Leger, the world's oldest classic horse race, and its five-storey Grandstand holds the Lazarus Exhibition Hall: 3,400 square metres (35m by 70m) for up to 3,000 seated guests, backed by around 40 meeting rooms and suites. Alongside racing, the course runs conferences, exhibitions, weddings and Christmas events through the year.
We work there regularly. In 2024 we built a full corporate family fun day on the course for Amazon UK: mobile climbing wall, giant helter skelter, trailer stage, Miami Crazy Dance waltzer and a 19-piece games package with eight staff. In summer 2026 the Racecourse Management team booked us for their own fun day, with the Inflatable Grand National running alongside the Bootcamp 220ft Mega Assault Course, football darts, premium mini golf and a 15x18ft bouncy castle. Every April since 2024 we have supplied their family fun day, and we built the Maze Runner game for the Doncaster Business Showcase there in early 2026.
The grounds suit the big outdoor kit: assault courses, mobile climbing walls, fairground rides and funfair stalls, with generators, gazebos and DB staff to run it all. Indoors, the exhibition hall takes arcade games and photo booths for conferences and Christmas parties, and our Christmas Entertainment in Doncaster range covers the festive season on site.
Everything comes from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, around half an hour away, and travels in our own vehicles with our own setup team. Every hire carries £5 million public liability insurance, and we send risk assessments and method statements to the venue ahead of the day.
