Delivery, setup and support in-house
Because we own 95% of our stock in-house, there's no third-party supplier between you and the equipment when something needs sorting. The vans in the yard are ours and so are the drivers, which is why a bouncy castle in Rotherham, a stage in Sheffield and a fun fair in Doncaster can share one delivery and one crew. Where the kit lives
The warehouse is 25,000 sq ft, and most of what you see on the site is on our racks rather than sub-hired from someone else for the week. Climbing Walls, assault courses, rodeo bulls, exhibition games, marquees, stages and full funfair rides - waltzers, dodgems, a ghost train - are stocked, inspected and serviced here. Every inflatable has a serial number and a service history log, and PIPA and RPII testing is booked in annually. You get the risk assessments and method statements ahead of the day, because the H&S team at your venue will want them in advance, not on the morning.
The last 5% of the catalogue - a few specialist catering items - comes from partners we've worked with for years, and we'll flag it at quote stage when that applies. If your date is already full, we'll say so straight away.
Insurance and the bit that matters to procurement
Every hire carries £5 million of public liability cover as standard, and when our staff are supplied the policy carries indemnity to principal, so our insurance extends to cover you - the line corporate procurement teams ask for by name. Payment terms are available on corporate bookings too - you don't pay upfront the way a private party would.
Who we work for
Sheffield City Council, Doncaster Metropolitan Council and Rotherham Council are repeat clients, as is Amazon, for whom we supply safe working environments across multiple sites. Recent jobs run from seven gazebos and a branded gantry for a Children's Hospital Charity sponsored walk to a scout district camp entertaining 80 young people over three days.
