This week DB Entertainment has been planning ideas for Councils and organisations to celebrate Christmas whilst still ensuring social distancing.
Introducing our Nutcracker Christmas Trail to ensure you can still celebrate Christmas in a covid-secure, socially distanced way.
How does the Nutcracker Christmas Trail work?
· Each Nutcracker is placed in a position of your choice
· Families and children then search for the Nut-Crackers, recording once they have seen each Nutcracker
· They then submit their results – there is an option to take a photo with each Nutcracker but this would mean NOT touching the Nutcrackers
Options for you
· Nutcrackers can literally be placed wherever you want as long as it is safe. You can get businesses involved and place the Nutcrackers in windows of different shops and businesses
· The Nutcrackers can be known by names, colour or location e.g. which shop they were in. The options are endless in how the Nutcrackers are listed.
· Submitting the results, you can have a prize draw of correct results or pick a winning time if you want to make it a race.
Covid Secure
· The groups who are searching for the Nutcrackers must be in the same family or bubble
· The Nutcrackers will be thoroughly cleaned following government guidelines after each booking – this is included in the price.
· We advise that groups take photos of the Nutcrackers and these are emailed in or shown to a designated person if you want to avoid paper and contact.
Our experienced team will safely place the Nutcrackers in the locations you have chosen. We will secure them and make sure they are safe. It does help if the Nutcrackers are inside.
Let your community and schools know about he Nutcrackers Christmas Trail. We will create and provide a map, based on the information you give us. This is downloadable and groups can print If they wish.
We also include a colouring page and a spot the difference. Or you can leave the map blank and have groups look for them blindly.
We process the data of submissions and record all the groups that have been successful, for you. This is all included in the price.
You can ask for donations or charge groups and businesses to help in providing the cost of hire.
The Nutcrackers are available for decoration as well as for the trail.
