All six games listed above run from a single 13-amp socket and fit within a standard 3m x 3m shell scheme. The Batak Pro needs roughly 2.5m x 2m of floor space. The Atari Pong and Prize Crane have smaller footprints and work in corners or against back walls. Tell us your stand dimensions when you request a quote and we'll recommend the best fit.
Can I hire games for a multi-day trade show?
Yes. We regularly supply games for two, three, and four-day exhibitions. Multi-day hire is priced per event rather than per day, so it doesn't cost double for a two-day show. We deliver during build-up and collect after breakdown.
How far in advance should I book?
For exhibitions at the East Midlands Conference Centre or Motorpoint Arena, we'd recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead. We carry large stock, but popular games like the Batak Pro and Prize Crane get booked up during peak exhibition season (September to November and January to March). Do you provide risk assessments for the venue?
Yes. Every hire includes £5 million public liability insurance, risk assessments, method statements, and insurance certificates. We email these to you and directly to the venue or exhibition organiser before the event. Most Nottingham venues require these documents from all suppliers, and we send them as standard.
