A higher-output 6ft LED strip light with an integrated motion sensor, rated IP66 for indoor and outdoor use in marquees, temporary structures and semi-permanent installations. The ARAXEON 1500 delivers 5,700 lumens of neutral white (4000K) light from a 44W draw - bright enough to light a workspace, a marquee walkway or an outdoor serving area, and the motion sensor means it only switches on when somebody is actually there.
The sensor operates at 5.8GHz with a detection diameter of up to 8m on the ground, so one fitting can cover a marquee entrance or a corridor between stalls. Standby draw is under 0.5W, so a row of these on a sensor circuit costs almost nothing to run between visitors. The sensor also has a brightness function that adjusts output based on ambient light.
The housing is glass fibre-reinforced polyester in RAL 7035 light grey, rated IP66 - fully rainproof and dustproof. Dimensions are 1500 x 88 x 77mm, so it sits neatly along a marquee ridge pole or gazebo crossbar. The Wieland rapid plug system allows daisy-chaining, with connection points at both ends, and the PMMA diffuser with inner prism structure gives a wide, even light distribution with a glare rating of UGR under 25 per EN 12464-1.
