For school fundraisers and charity bingo nights, this is the straightforward route: an electronic Bingomatic machine playing the traditional 90-ball UK game. Press spin and it draws each number at random on a lit 1 to 90 grid, with a display for the last number called and a running count of how many have gone. Machine and bingo cards all included, from £35 + VAT.
How it works on the night
- SPIN draws each number and lights it on the 1 to 90 board
- The display shows the last call and counts the numbers drawn, so claims are quick to check
- RECALL brings the last number back up and CLEAR resets between games
- It sits on a table at the front and runs off a normal plug socket
Where it gets used
School charity events are its natural home, and we also send it to care homes, social clubs and office Christmas parties. The game works for children and adults alike. Add a tombola drum, a carnival sign for the door and one of our 800W PA speakers if the hall is big, or browse the carnival games for side stalls.
Getting it to you
We deliver across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and Worksop, you can collect from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse near Rotherham where the machine lives between jobs, or if you're further afield we'll post it to you anywhere in the UK. A £125 minimum order applies to delivered items, so it usually makes sense to add it to a bigger order or use the post.

- Delivery across South Yorkshire: £125 minimum order on delivered items, plus the delivery cost
- Collection from our warehouse near Rotherham: please call ahead, and note we take a deposit and need to see ID on collections
- Outside South Yorkshire: we send it by Parcelforce for £25.75 + VAT, with a £75 deposit refunded once you drop it back at a post office
Running a fundraiser? At non-commercial events in school halls and community spaces, Gambling Commission rules let you run prize bingo as long as the proceeds go to the good cause and players pay no more than £8 in total to take part.
