Most bookings use the hours to supervise kit we've supplied. We own 95% of what we hire out, so the person on the day knows the equipment. Some items have to be staffed by us for our insurance to hold, height kit like the climbing wall especially, but plenty of organisers put a member of our team on games that don't strictly need one so they can leave the whole hire to us.
