This is as simple as it sounds: one member of DB event staff on your day, for up to three hours, from £130. Need more hands? Add a slot per person to the quote, or step up to 1 x Staff Up to 8 hours.
The crew can do whatever the day needs: running and supervising the kit we supply, front of house, brand activation work, crowd control and marshalling. They arrive in uniform, and because 95% of what we hire out is owned and run by us, they know the kit they're supervising inside out.
We've staffed everything from school fairs in Rotherham and council galas to Scout camps with around 4,000 on site. The crew travels with the equipment, so the same team covers a fun day in Doncaster or Barnsley and an exhibition at ExCeL London.

A note on insurance: some of our items require our staff to be there to conform with our insurance - height kit like the climbing walls is always run by our own trained operators. Every hire carries £5 million public liability, with indemnity to principal when we supply staff, and risk assessments and method statements are emailed to you or your venue before the event.

- From £130 for the 3-hour block. All prices are subject to VAT (+20%), and there may be a minimum spend depending on your event location
- Longer blocks: up to 4 hours £175, 5 hours £220, 6 hours £260, 7 hours £300, up to 8 hours £345

- Staff work any venue, indoors or out, whatever the surface
- Risk assessments and method statements are emailed to you or your venue before the event
- Some items require our staff to conform with our insurance - we'll flag those when you quote
- We deliver nationwide, with regular runs to the NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, Telford Exhibition Centre and ExCeL London on top of weekly work across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield
