Channing Hall is a Grade II listed function hall on Surrey Street in Sheffield city centre (S1 2LG). It is part of the Upper Chapel estate and dates from 1882, with Italianate glazed tile walls and an open timber roof. The hall measures 17m by 10m and holds up to 120 guests, with its own sound system, wireless microphone, and Wi-fi. A kitchen is available on the first floor of the adjoining Hollis Building, and there is a smaller meeting room for up to 20 people. The Chapel next door seats up to 320 if you need a larger space for a ceremony or concert.

The hall is on the second floor, reached by a spiral staircase or lift. This means inflatables and large equipment are not practical here, but there is plenty that works well in a space like this. For weddings and adult celebrations, a magic selfie mirror or 360 photo booth makes good use of the room, and our AI photo booth is a popular choice for corporate events. Add a candy floss cart or popcorn cart with staff included. For company events or team socials, Batak Pro reaction games and arcade games like Atari Pong and dance arcade machines are easy to set up on the second floor.

For children's parties, side games such as giant Connect 4 and giant Jenga work well indoors, and soft play sets (jungle, pirate, and princess themes) fit comfortably in the hall.
