Two players, 42 oversized discs, and the same four-in-a-row rules everybody already knows. Our giant Connect 4 is the Feber Mega 4 in a Line: a free-standing frame just over a metre tall with the counter racks built into the sides. There is nothing to plug in and nothing to inflate, so it goes wherever there's a flat surface.
Adults who grew up with the tabletop version head straight for it, and children can reach the top of the grid without help, so it stays busy from the first guest to the last. It works on grass, hard standing or an indoor floor, and at around 12kg we can position it wherever the party has settled.
It goes out constantly through the summer. We've supplied Connect 4 with giant Jenga for weddings, where one couple told us the games made their day "the fun, relaxed day we wanted", and it travels out with giant snakes and ladders, Mega Kerplunk and giant limbo to birthday parties, school fairs and family fun days. For a bigger, bolder version of the same game, we also hire the Inflatable Connect 4.
From £49 including VAT, delivered and set up by our own drivers. Delivery carries a £50 minimum spend, so it usually travels as part of a bigger order. We've been hiring out kit like this since 1999 and every hire includes £5 million public liability insurance. Giant Connect 4 is an add-on rather than a standalone booking, so there is no quote button on this page. Choose it from the extras list when you get a quote on any other item, and mention any other giant games you want on the same delivery.
Practical Details
- Price: from £49 including VAT (£40.83 excluding VAT). Overnight hire is available for an extra £25.
- The kit: the Feber Mega 4 in a Line - a free-standing frame about 1.2m tall with 42 oversized discs (21 per player) and built-in storage racks.
- Power: none needed.
- Space: allow about 1.5m x 1.5m for the frame and the two players.
- Surfaces: suitable indoors on hard floors or artificial grass, and outdoors on grass or hard standing. Not suitable for outdoor concrete, mixed grass and hard surfaces, or wood chip.
- Players: two at a time, children and adults. Games are quick, so casual tournaments run themselves over the course of an event.
- Staff: hire is unstaffed as standard, and we can add a supervisor if you'd like someone to run a proper bracket.
- Minimum spend: delivered orders carry a £50 minimum spend plus delivery cost, so giant Connect 4 usually joins another hire. Collection from our Rotherham warehouse is possible instead, subject to a deposit and photo ID.

Giant Connect 4 sits well next to giant Jenga, giant buzz wire and the giant Operation game for a self-running games corner at a wedding, fete or family fun day.
