City Limits Dancentre is a purpose-built dance centre and events venue at 607-613 Penistone Road in Hillsborough, Sheffield (S6 2GA). The building has six air-conditioned studios with wooden sprung floors and mirrored walls that double as function rooms for private hire. The largest studio is 160 sq m and holds up to 250 standing or 120 seated. There are two licensed bars, a catering kitchen, changing rooms, and free street parking on the surrounding streets. City Limits hosts weddings, birthday parties, christenings, corporate events, and children's parties throughout the year.

The open studio floors suit our magic selfie mirrors, 360 photo booths, and AI photo booths for weddings and adult celebrations. For corporate events and team socials, a Batak Pro reaction game, Atari Pong table, or dance arcade machine gets people competing without needing much room. We also supply arcade games like Whack a Mole, prize cranes, and double shot basketball that work well alongside the venue's own dance activities.

Children's parties are popular at City Limits. Our soft play sets in jungle, pirate, and princess themes and toddler soft play zones work well in the smaller studios. Disco domes with built-in Bluetooth speakers and LED lights are popular with older children. Check ceiling height with the venue before booking inflatables, and ask about floor protection on the wooden studio floors. A candy floss cart or popcorn cart with staff included rounds off a party without putting extra work on the organisers.
