This compact member of our disco dome family is made by Airquee: an enclosed pod that combines a bouncy castle with a working disco, sized for children. Purple and blue quilted panels sit over a dark padded interior, and the roof closes over the top, so rain is far less of a worry than it is with an open castle.
Sound and light, built in
The hire price includes a professional sound system. Pair your phone over Bluetooth and let the kids pick the tracks, or load a USB stick with MP3s and leave that playing. The speakers sit in a purpose-made pocket at the back, out of reach of small fingers, while the sound bellows right into the dome. An LED light show projects from a slot in the roof and pulses along to the music.

Where it gets used
The dome gets booked for garden birthday parties, from young children's parties up through teenage birthdays, and we've also supplied it for charity fundraising events. Outdoors it needs grass to peg into rather than patios, tarmac or wood chip. Indoors it sits on a flat hard floor or artificial grass wherever the ceiling clears its 11ft, and we've installed these domes in halls including All Saints Ecclesall Parish Hall, Dinnington Resource Centre, Armthorpe Community Centre and the Edward Dunn Memorial Hall in Maltby.

We deliver and collect with our own vehicles and crew from our base between Sheffield and Rotherham, covering Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop, Chesterfield and the rest of the UK. The dome is PIPA tested annually (tag 40623), every hire carries £5 million public liability insurance, and we own 95% of our kit in-house rather than sub-hiring it. Will it fit? Measure a clear 17ft x 15ft patch outdoors, or confirm an 11ft ceiling height indoors before booking.
How does the music work? Pair your phone over Bluetooth or plug in a USB stick of MP3s. We show you how at setup, and the speakers stay locked in their rear pocket away from little hands.
Can it go on a patio or drive? Not outdoors on hard ground, wood chip or mixed surfaces. Hard floors indoors are fine, and outdoor hard-standing pitches can work with the bolt-down anchoring described above.
