ExCeL London is the exhibition and convention centre in the Royal Docks, at Western Gateway in Custom House, E16 1XL. It runs trade shows, conferences and public exhibitions all year round, and the Elizabeth line and DLR both stop at the complex. If you're exhibiting or organising an event there and need games or equipment on your stand, we deliver, set up and collect.

We've been delivering to ExCeL for years. Jobs we've run there include three-day hires of Batak Pro walls and Whack a Mole on exhibition stands, branded leaderboards, and fully wrapped kit for conference clients. Between ExCeL, the NEC and Manchester Central we make several deliveries a week to the big UK exhibition venues, so build-up days, loading docks and venue paperwork are routine for us.

The kit that suits an ExCeL stand best is compact and quick to reset between players: Batak Pro reaction walls, Whack a Mole, a prize crane stocked with your own giveaways, racing car simulators and other arcade games. Our in-house branding team can wrap most games in your artwork, from backboard vinyls to full wraps, so the game carries your branding rather than ours. Photo booths work well on conference stands too, printing branded photos on the spot.

Everything comes from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the M1, and travels down in our own vehicles with our own team for setup and collection. Every hire carries £5 million public liability insurance, and we send risk assessments and method statements to you or the venue ahead of time, which is what exhibition compliance teams ask for.
