Our Wedding Silver package is the lighter of our two staffed wedding packages - three attractions with a member of our team running each one, set up and packed down at the end so nobody in the wedding party has to supervise kit or load in and out of the venue at midnight. It's the one we'd put together for a couple who want the reception to feel like a funfair without booking the full four-attraction Wedding Gold.

The three items cover food, drink and photos. The popcorn cart comes with a member of staff producing up to 150 portions over 3 hours - sweet popcorn as standard (salted by prior arrangement), served in a bag or a cinema-style box. The candy floss cart is the same setup: staffed, 150 portions over 3 hours, on a stick or in a bag. Both carts come with their own table and marquee if the weather turns. The Magic Selfie Mirror photo booth is staffed and indoor-only, with unlimited prints on the day and all the photos handed over on a USB stick you take home.

Every item comes with one of our trained attendants running it, so no one from your side has to supervise. We carry £5 million public liability on every hire, and we'll send the risk assessments and method statements straight to your venue or wedding planner before the day - most hotel and country-club H&S teams ask for these in advance, and we're set up to deal with them directly. We've been hiring for weddings across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and the rest of the UK for over 25 years.

The package is up to 3 hours of hire, and extra hours are £125+VAT each if the evening's running late. Around 95% of our kit is owned in-house from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse five minutes off the M1 at Rotherham, so there's no third-party supplier to chase if something needs sorting on the day. The popcorn and candy floss carts each need a 13 amp socket within 25 metres, or we can bring a generator if there's no power on site. The Magic Selfie Mirror is indoor-only.

Price is £895+VAT with free delivery included.
