Our Wedding Gold package is the one we put together for couples who want every guest - the under-sixes, the teenagers, the grown-ups and the grandparents - looked after in a single booking. It's four staffed attractions delivered together, set up and run by our team, and packed down at the end of the night so nobody in the wedding party has to think about it.
The four items cover the full age range. The toddler play zone keeps the little ones busy while the speeches drag on, the 9 hole crazy golf is a relaxed indoor-or-outdoor game any age can play, the rodeo bull (or the rodeo sheep for younger guests) gives the adults something competitive to fail at, and the magic selfie mirror photo booth prints unlimited keepsake photos on the day and hands them over on a USB stick you take home.
Every item comes with one of our trained attendants running it, so no one from your side has to supervise or load kit in and out of the venue at midnight. We carry £5 million public liability on every hire, and we'll send the risk assessments and method statements straight to your venue or wedding planner before the day. Most hotel and country-club H&S teams ask for these in advance, and we're set up to deal with them directly. We've been hiring for weddings across Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and the rest of the UK for over 25 years, which is why venues like Whitley Hall in Sheffield know us and let us load in and out without a fuss.
The package is up to 3 hours of hire, and extra hours are £125+VAT each if the evening's running late. Around 95% of our kit is owned in-house from our 25,000 sq ft warehouse five minutes off the M1 at Rotherham, so there's no third-party supplier to chase if something needs sorting on the day. For outdoor ceremonies we'll check the wind forecast with you - the crazy golf course can't safely go up in high wind, so we'll agree an indoor fallback before the day.
