Exhibition Venues in Birmingham
The NEC Birmingham is one of our most regular delivery venues. We've supplied Batak games, arcade machines, and branded prize cranes to trade shows across its 20 halls, and we know the loading bay procedures and build-up schedules. The International Convention Centre (ICC) on Broad Street is Birmingham's main corporate conference venue. Stand Branding
Most of our exhibition games can carry your branding. Our in-house graphics team produces custom sticker transfers that are applied before delivery and removed after your hire period. For the Batak Pro, pricing is straightforward:

Send us your artwork and we handle production and application. For multi-day trade shows at the NEC or ICC, the branding is designed to stay looking sharp throughout build-up, show days, and breakdown. Do you deliver to the NEC Birmingham?
Yes. The NEC is one of our most regular delivery venues. We know the loading bay access points, build-up schedules, and exhibitor parking arrangements. Our Rotherham warehouse is around 1 hour 20 minutes from the NEC via the M1 and M42, so we can deliver during early-morning build-up slots and collect after teardown on the final day.
Will the games fit on my exhibition stand?
All six games listed above run from a single 13-amp socket and fit within a standard 3m x 3m shell scheme. The Batak Pro needs roughly 2.5m x 2m of floor space. The Atari Pong and Prize Crane have smaller footprints and work in corners or against back walls. Tell us your stand dimensions when you request a quote and we'll recommend the best fit.
Can I hire games for a multi-day trade show?
Yes. We regularly supply games for two, three, and four-day exhibitions at the NEC and ICC. Multi-day hire is priced per event rather than per day, so it doesn't cost double for a two-day show. We deliver during build-up and collect after breakdown.
How far in advance should I book?
For major NEC trade shows, we'd recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead. We carry large stock, but popular games like the Batak Pro and Prize Crane get booked up during peak exhibition season (September to November and January to March). Call us on 0114 345 0135 to check availability.
Do you provide risk assessments for the venue?
Yes. Every hire includes £5 million public liability insurance, risk assessments, method statements, and insurance certificates. We email these to you and directly to the venue or exhibition organiser before the event. Most NEC and ICC organisers require these documents from all suppliers, and we send them as standard.
