Do you deliver to Birmingham?
Yes. Birmingham is under two hours down the M1 and M42 from Rotherham, and the NEC and city-centre venues are regular destinations for our own vehicles. Weekend trade shows and multi-day exhibition runs are quoted by the office with delivery either side. Delivery, set up and collection are included.
Can you work in hotel function rooms and conference venues?
Yes, and not just the obvious ones: we have delivered to the show halls' exhibitor stands, the Colmore Row office district, out-of-town retail parks and the city's hotel ballrooms. Stand bookings go through the venue's exhibitor rigging and power process with us; office and hotel bookings go through the building's events team direct.
What about branding?
Yes. Batak walls, Whack a Mole leaderboards, prize crane wraps, gazebo tops and photo booth overlays all print with company artwork at our own workshop - the Decathlon, Specsavers and Amazon jobs above were each custom-branded builds. It does not take weeks, but it is not same-week either, so flag it with your enquiry.
How far ahead should we book for Birmingham?
The NEC calendar sets Birmingham's rhythm - show-linked bookings should be in as soon as you know your stand or event date. December hotel parties and company Christmas dinners go next. Mid-week city-centre bookings are fortnight-notice territory most of the year.
