Every climbing wall hire comes with our own trained crew. They arrive with the wall, handle setup (around 30 minutes), run a safety briefing for every climber, fit harnesses and helmets, and supervise all climbing throughout your event. What space do I need for a climbing wall?
You need an outdoor area or an indoor venue tall enough to take the wall - the 26ft (7.9m) standard wall needs an arena or large conference hall, while the 22ft (6.6m) Enterprise model fits slightly tighter ceilings. The wall's footprint is roughly 11.6m x 2.8m, and the access route to the setup area needs to be at least 2.8m wide and 2.8m high. It works on grass or hard standing.
Can I book other activities alongside the climbing wall?
Yes. Alongside the wall we can bring in Batak Pro games, Strike a Light, fun food, and generators, all booked on the same order. And because 95% of our equipment is owned in-house, there are no subcontractors to coordinate.
What happens in bad weather?
The climbing wall operates in light rain. In high winds the crew can bring the wall down as a precaution. If conditions are too severe to operate safely, we'll discuss alternatives with you on the day. For venues with the headroom to clear the wall (sports centres and similar tall venues), it can be set up inside.
