All Saints Ecclesall Parish Hall is on Ringinglow Road in south-west Sheffield, close to Endcliffe Park and the Peak District. The main hall is upstairs, seats up to 150 theatre-style or 120 for a sit-down meal, and has a stage with changing rooms at the rear. There is also a lounge room for up to 50 guests, a smaller conference room for 20, and a kitchen available by arrangement. The building has a stair lift for access to the upper floor and around 10 on-site parking spaces. All Saints' Google listing rates 4.7 from 80 reviews, and one hirer's review calls it a great place for a children's birthday party.
Indoor parties
We deliver to Ecclesall regularly - we've supplied Whirlowbrook Hall on Ecclesall Road South several times and the Norfolk Arms up in Ringinglow too - and we know this venue. For children's parties in the main hall, our most-hired items include soft play sets in princess, jungle, and pirate themes, disco domes, and bouncy castles (check ceiling height with the venue before booking inflatables). For older children, a dance arcade machine or double shot basketball goes down well.
Adult parties and weddings
For adult parties, weddings, and community events, we supply photo booths, magic selfie mirrors, 360 photo booths, and Batak Pro reaction games. We can also provide PA and music equipment and stage lighting to make use of the built-in stage. Add a candy floss cart or popcorn cart with staff included.
Booking and practicalities
All hire includes delivery, setup, and collection. We are based in Rotherham, around 25 minutes away, and we're out across Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster every week. We carry £5 million public liability insurance on every booking, we own 95% of our equipment in-house so there is one point of contact from enquiry to collection, we've been at it since 1999, and our Google rating stands at 5/5 from more than 200 reviews.

If the hall is booked on your date, Double Six Youth Club is about a mile and a half away and we deliver there as well.
