Outdoor cinema and big screen hire
This is a modular LED video wall rather than a projector and fabric screen. The bright 3-6mm LED panels work in daylight as well as after dark, which suits daytime film screenings, live sport, broadcasts and public event content.
We choose the screen layout and pixel pitch around the audience and viewing distance. It can be flown from freestanding truss or built into a covered stage. The gallery shows both arrangements, including a daytime outdoor cinema we supplied at the University of Huddersfield with a roofed stage, PA, crowd barriers, cable protection and striped deck chairs.
The package starts from £1,995 plus VAT and covers audiences stated from 20 to 5,000. It includes the LED screen, a 2.5k professional sound system, generator and event staff. We arrange delivery, installation, operation and removal.
We've worked in events for more than 25 years, with £5 million public liability insurance and paperwork sent to your venue before the event. We can add up to 200 deck chairs, line array PA and other kit from our 25,000 sq ft Rotherham warehouse.

Film and broadcast rights
The organiser must obtain permission to show protected content. Public film screenings require copyright licensing even when admission is free, and ticketed screenings may also need premises licensing. Arrange this before the event.
