Billy the Bull is our children's bucking bronco, built for riders aged 3 and up. He rocks and bucks but doesn't spin, so younger children can have the rodeo experience without the full-speed rotations of the full-size rodeo bull. He's moulded as a bison rather than a Texas longhorn, a detail only the grown-ups ever notice.
A trained DB operator controls Billy from a handheld unit and adjusts the speed for each child. Three-year-olds get a very gentle ride and older kids can handle more bucking. A digital timer tracks each ride, so you can run competitions and hand out certificates.
Billy sits in the middle of an inflatable cushioned bed with safety matting around the outside. When children fall off, which is half the fun, they land safely. He goes indoors and out, on grass or hard standing, though not on bare outdoor concrete or wood chip.
You'll find Billy at birthday parties, school fun days, leavers parties and Scout events. Jacqui Oxley had him alongside the big bull for a Y6 leavers party and told us Graham, Kane and Tom were absolutely brilliant with the children.
If you're running a corporate fun day or family party with a mix of ages, Billy alongside the full-size rodeo bull means every age group has their own ride. Adults and kids aged 10+ ride the big bull, younger children ride Billy. Two queues, no arguments about who can go on what.

How Billy Differs from the Full-Size Bull
Billy rocks and bucks but does not spin. He's classed as a bucking bronco rather than a rodeo bull - some people call it a junior rodeo bull or a kids' mechanical bull - which means reduced intensity suitable for young children. The operator adjusts speed per child.
Ages
Suitable for children aged 3 and up. For older children and adults (10+, minimum 1.1m height), see the full-size rodeo bull.
Setup
16ft x 16ft clear area, 3ft 3in minimum access, 2x standard 13A sockets within 25m. Works indoors and outdoors on grass or hard standing, but not on bare outdoor concrete or wood chip. Generator available at £86 (6kVA) from our generator range.
Booking
Standard drop-off before 12pm, collection after 6pm. Note your 3-hour window in the customer comments. Staff until 10pm. We arrive 20 to 30 minutes early. Free PA and floodlights on request. For evening bookings, ask about our festoon lighting. For music, see our PA systems.

From our Rotherham warehouse, 5 minutes from the M1 - Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley and Worksop are all short runs. Nationwide delivery across the UK.
