Abbeydale Sports Club is a multi-sport venue in Dore, south-west Sheffield, with indoor and outdoor spaces that work well for parties, celebrations, and private events. The upstairs Abbey Function Suite holds up to 130 seated or around 180 standing, with its own private bar, DJ booth, and a balcony overlooking the grounds. There is lift access for wheelchair users. The venue also has extensive outdoor space across its grass and astro pitches, free parking for around 100 cars, and is a short walk from Dore & Totley railway station.

We have delivered equipment to Abbeydale Sports Club and know the venue well. The function suite has enough room for a bouncy castle indoors, and there is plenty of space outside for larger inflatables, hot tubs, or fun fair rides during warmer months.

For children's birthday parties in the function suite, our most popular choices include bouncy castles (several of our smaller models fit indoors), disco domes, and soft play sets in princess, pirate, or jungle themes. For older children and adults, consider a photo booth, AI photo booth, or arcade games.

For adult parties, weddings, and corporate functions, we supply magic selfie mirrors, rodeo bulls, Batak Pro reaction games, and full PA and music packages. If you are using the outdoor space, we can also provide marquees, staging, festoon lighting, and generators.

All hire includes delivery, setup, and collection. We are based in Rotherham, about 20 minutes from Abbeydale, and carry £5 million public liability insurance on every booking. We own 95% of our equipment in-house, so there are no subcontractors involved.
