Christmas Entertainment for Yorkshire Events
The county's Christmas calendar runs from the city-centre programmes - Leeds, Sheffield, York's Christmas Festival, Harrogate's market - to the school fairs, staff parties and community events every town runs in December, and we work all of it. Doncaster Rovers FC had the Rodeo Reindeer and Whack a Snowman from us for a fixture-day event at the Eco-Power Stadium in December 2025, Doncaster College booked the Rodeo Reindeer for its students the same month, and Amazon's sites book us for Christmas parties year after year - including a fifteen-attraction family Christmas day at their Melton site near Hull in December 2025, with a grotto, rides, hot chocolate, lighting, barriers, generators and staff.
Our first recorded rodeo reindeer hire in Leeds dates back over a decade, and Victoria Hall in Doncaster hosts the annual Hatfield Christmas Fair with our equipment - see the venue page for the hall itself. Wherever your Yorkshire event is, the warehouse is in the middle of the county, so delivery is a short run rather than a national expedition.

Santa's Grottos and Snow Globes
The Deluxe Santa's Grotto is our walk-in inflatable log cabin with lights and decorations included, up in under five minutes. It needs a 13ft x 14ft space with 11ft of headroom, works indoors on hard floors or artificial grass and outdoors on grass, and hires from £295, with the standard Santa's Grotto Hire from £245. The Giant Inflatable Snow Globe from £1,295 and the selfie-pod globe from £895 handle the photo moment, and the throne chair, Santa Sky Dancer and Nutcracker props dress the queue.
Christmas Party Games and Rides
The three reindeer racing formats - Reindeer Racing from £499, Bounce a Ball Reindeer Racing from £699 and Roll a Ball Reindeer Racing from £995 - are the December staples, with Batak Snowball Smash and Whack a Snowman at £495 each. The Rodeo Reindeer and Rodeo Christmas Pudding both include a trained operator in the £395 hire - the same kit Doncaster Rovers and Doncaster College booked in December 2025. Christmas Markets and Light Switch-Ons
Yorkshire's market and switch-on season runs from York's Christmas Festival to Harrogate's market and the town-centre events across the county. We hire Christmas market stalls from £295, with carnival side stalls and the fun food range to fill them, plus festoon lighting, super-silent lighting towers and generators for the dark afternoons. Councils, traders' associations and town teams get the full documentation pack - insurance, risk assessments, method statements - before the day.

How far ahead should we book?
December weekends go first and the grottos and snow globes are usually gone by October. School fairs and town-centre programmes tend to book in the autumn term - the earlier the better.
