Rotherham's Christmas calendar runs from the light switch-on in All Saints' Square to school fairs, church and community-centre events and staff parties across the town. Santa's Grottos and Snow Globes
The Deluxe Santa's Grotto is our walk-in inflatable log cabin with lights and decorations included, up in under five minutes. It needs a 13ft x 14ft space with 11ft of headroom, works indoors on hard floors or artificial grass and outdoors on grass, and hires from £295. The standard Santa's Grotto Hire starts at £245, and because we own two Deluxe units as well, Rotherham events never lose out to another booking on the same weekend.
The Giant Inflatable Snow Globe from £1,295 is the showstopper - people step right inside it for photos - and the Christmas Snow Globe Selfie Pod from £895 does the same job in a smaller footprint. A throne chair for Santa, a Santa Sky Dancer at the door and Nutcracker props along the queue finish the scene.
Christmas Party Games and Rides
The three reindeer racing formats cover most Christmas parties: Reindeer Racing from £499, Bounce a Ball Reindeer Racing from £699 and Roll a Ball Reindeer Racing from £995. Batak Snowball Smash and Whack a Snowman are the party-game staples at £495 each.
The Rodeo Reindeer and Rodeo Christmas Pudding both come with a trained operator included in the £395 hire. Rachel said after her staff party: Everyone enjoyed having a go on the Rodeo Reindeer at our staff Xmas party. It all went smoothly, which is what you need when you're planning a party.
Christmas Markets and Light Switch-Ons
We hire Christmas market stalls from £295 for markets and switch-ons, with carnival side stalls, candy floss and popcorn carts and the fun food range to fill them. For dark-afternoon events on sites without power, our lighting towers and power kit - festoon, super-silent lighting tower and generators - runs the whole thing. Being round the corner means we can be flexible on arrival times for early-morning switch-on setups, which matters when the town centre closes a road at 6am.
