It goes out with games more often than anything else in the extras list. A space hopper race meeting needs somewhere to write the teams; a games corner of giant Jenga and Connect 4 needs a knockout ladder; the speed radar needs a place where the fastest throw of the afternoon stays public. Schools use them for house points on sports day, and companies use them for the sweepstake at the family fun day.

If what you actually want is the league-table experience, the score leader board is a taller dedicated leaderboard for exactly that job, and the large digital timer counts heats down out loud.

Delivered orders carry a £50 minimum spend, so the whiteboard usually joins another hire on the same van.
