Our Giant Size Beat the Buzzer is a tabletop buzz wire steady hand game - also called a Wire Loop Game, Beat the Buzz Wire or Beat the Bleep. The console sits on a trestle table; pick up the wand, run the metal loop along the wire course and try not to touch it. Touch the wire, the buzzer goes, the lights flash and you start again. Race for the fastest clean run, or play for the fewest buzzes.
Simple enough that kids pick it up in seconds, tricky enough that adults keep coming back for one more go. Children and adults can both play, which is why it works as an ice opener on corporate fun days and team building events, and as something to keep younger guests busy at weddings.
The console plays indoors on a hard floor or artificial grass and outdoors on grass or a hard standing - it has been under gazebos at summer fundays as well as on boardroom tables. Not suitable on bare concrete or wood chip, so we will talk you through the right spot when you book.
