Our Zorbs with inflatable surround set is the land-zorb version - big transparent human hamster balls you climb inside and steer round an inflatable track by leaning your body weight to make the ball roll where you want it. It sounds straightforward, and then you're inside one and it's harder than it looks, which is half the fun. The surround is wide enough to race two at a time, and children and adults can both use it, so it's a sure-fire hit at pretty much any event we send it to.

The zorbs are some of the most asked-for activities in our warehouse, and because 95% of the kit on this site is in-house stock, the surround track and the balls you book are the ones we maintain - no third-party sub-hire if another job overruns. From the 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes off the M1, A1 and M18, we cover Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield on a normal run, and take the zorbs nationwide for bigger Scout, school and corporate bookings. We carry £5 million public liability and we're already on the approved-supplier lists for Sheffield City Council, Doncaster MBC and Rotherham MBC.
They run on indoor hard floors, indoor artificial grass and outdoor grass. They don't run on tarmac, concrete, wood chip or a mix of grass and hardstanding, so what we're really booking against is a level grass field or a sports hall. If your venue hasn't got power close to the pitch, we can bring a petrol generator at extra cost. The surround is an inflatable inspected and tested annually, and we can supply trained event staff to run it hands-free.
