The biggest Christmas bookings we run in Nottinghamshire are for Amazon, and they show what the range can do together. In December 2025 the EMA2 site at Sutton-in-Ashfield had a full Christmas village from us: the Giant Inflatable Snow Globe, the Deluxe Santa's Grotto, two Nutcracker props, the snow effects machine, a throne chair, a generator and two of our staff to run it. The same month, the EMA3 site at Eastwood had its own grotto package with generator, lighting tower and throne - and that was the second December running, because they booked the identical setup in December 2024. EMA3 also had Whack a Snowman out that week for good measure.
When a client books the same Christmas package two years running, that's the reference that matters. Beyond the fulfilment sites, we supply grottos and fair packages for schools, party-night combinations for the city's offices and venues, and stalls and games for council events - with the two universities' end-of-term calendar adding a run of December bookings every year.

Santa's Grottos and Snow Globes
The Deluxe Santa's Grotto is our walk-in inflatable log cabin with lights and decorations included, up in under five minutes. It needs a 13ft x 14ft space with 11ft of headroom, works indoors on hard floors or artificial grass and outdoors on grass, and hires from £295. The standard Santa's Grotto Hire starts at £245 - it's the unit the EMA3 site books - and we own multiple grottos, so same-weekend clashes aren't a problem.
The Giant Inflatable Snow Globe from £1,295 is the centrepiece of the EMA2 Christmas village, and the Christmas Snow Globe Selfie Pod from £895 is the compact version. Add the throne chair, Santa Sky Dancer, Nutcracker props and the snow effects machine and the grotto area turns into the whole Christmas attraction.
Christmas Party Games and Rides
The three reindeer racing formats - Reindeer Racing from £499, Bounce a Ball Reindeer Racing from £699 and Roll a Ball Reindeer Racing from £995 - cover the party-game side, with Batak Snowball Smash and Whack a Snowman at £495 each. The Rodeo Reindeer and Rodeo Christmas Pudding both include a trained operator in the £395 hire. Christmas Markets and Light Switch-Ons
We hire Christmas market stalls from £295, with carnival side stalls and the fun food range to fill them, and festoon lighting, super-silent lighting towers and generators for dark-afternoon sites - the EMA3 grotto setup runs off one of our generators when the site has no power where it's needed. Schools and councils get the full documentation pack before the day.
