Side stalls earn their keep at a family Halloween event. The Coconut Shy, Tin Can Alley and Fish Bowl Challenge come dressed for the season, each with one of our operators running it and prizes to be won, and the Grand Carnival Fun Fair Stalls stacks four games into one unit when space is tight.
The Extras: PA, Food and Fog
The extras that make the difference: a PA speaker for the playlist, fun food like the candy floss machine, and the snow effects machine for fog across the entrance. For marquees and outdoor setups we hire generators and gazebos too. And because it's dark by five at the end of October, festoon lighting over the marquee or battery uplighters on the walls earn their place in the quote.

What space and power does the kit need?
Each game or booth runs off one standard socket. The Rodeo Pumpkin needs a clear 16ft by 16ft with 3ft 3in of access, which covers most function rooms and venue basements in the city. Fields and courtyards are fine with a hired generator.
Is someone included to run it all?
The pumpkin ride and the manned stalls come with our operators. The booths and games can be attended or self-serve. For student union and corporate bookings, adding an event attendant to run the floor is popular - it keeps the queue moving without pulling your team off the door.
How far ahead should we book?
For Leeds, earlier than elsewhere - the 31st lands mid-term and the venues book entertainment months out. Four to six weeks is comfortable; ask anyway if you're closer, we hold kit back where we can.
