It's as simple as it sounds: this booking puts one of our own team at your event for up to 5 hours, from £220 + VAT, and we charge £21 per hour for each extra member of staff after that. They can run the kit we supply, supervise it so you can get on with everything else, or work front of house, brand activation and crowd control alongside your own people.
On the day you'll spot them in the yellow Event Staff shirt. What they do depends on the job: an operator on the rodeo bull, a marshal keeping the queues moving at a busy funday, or an extra pair of hands so your volunteers can run the stalls. One regular fun day customer told us they "had bouncy castles and staff and was able to leave them to it and get on with other stalls".
Some of the kit we hire out has to be run by our own staff to conform with our insurance, so for those items the staffing isn't an optional extra. Either way, every hire carries our £5 million public liability insurance with indemnity to principal cover, so when we supply staff your organisation sits under our policy too.
Most of these bookings are fundays and fairs around Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster, and the staff go wherever the kit goes, nationwide. A Scouts and Guides camp in Nottinghamshire with around 4,000 on site ran on five of these staff bookings at once, alongside the climbing wall, trampolines and fairground rides. Pinx Salon, who have used us for their annual charity fun day since 2013, said: "We always book the activities to be staffed and powered, which leaves us to concentrate on other aspects on the day. The staff are fantastic, professional, all in uniform and follow any instructions given."

Different shift length? The same staff member can be booked for 3 hours from £130, 4 hours from £175, 6 hours from £260, 7 hours from £300 or 8 hours from £345. What they do

Coverage
Staff travel with the kit. We're based at a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the M1, with Barnsley, Worksop and Chesterfield close by and the rest of the UK covered, including several deliveries a week to the NEC Birmingham and ExCeL London.
