The NEC is our most frequent venue in the city - we've had games on stands there many times over the years, including autumn trade seasons - along with the Hilton Metropole next door, the Botanical Gardens and Amazon's Minworth site.
For Halloween, Birmingham splits between exhibition and corporate work at the NEC end and parties across the suburbs. If your event is on the NEC campus, we know the unloading, the paperwork and the venue's own safety requirements, which takes a layer of back-and-forth out of the planning. Suburban bookings - function rooms, social clubs, big gardens - suit the booths, the stalls and the pumpkin ride as they come.

Spooky Side Stalls
The fairground side stalls get the Halloween treatment too. We send out the Coconut Shy, Tin Can Alley and Fish Bowl Challenge in their themed marquees, each staffed by one of our operators with prizes ready to win. Need several at once? The Grand Carnival Fun Fair Stalls puts four games in a single stall.
PA, Party Food and Atmosphere
Round the rest of the night out with a 15-inch PA speaker for the disco playlist, fun food - the candy floss machine and hot dog machine both work a Halloween queue - and a snow effects machine if you want low fog rolling across the door. No mains power where you're setting up? We hire generators from 6kva and the cable to go with them. Lighting belongs in the October plan too: festoon lighting across the marquee or battery-powered uplighters colour-washing a wall make the setup work after dark.

Yes. Branding on the booths, Ballnado and scoreboard strips is produced in-house. For exhibition work the artwork lead time matters, so flag it at the quote stage.
How far ahead should we book?
Halloween dates at the NEC and the big venues book earliest, often months out. Suburban party bookings can move faster - two to three weeks is often enough, and late asks are worth making.
