Scout Camp Hire in Doncaster
Scout camp entertainment for Doncaster districts, Askern and the DN postcodes. We have worked with Doncaster Scouts and community events around the town, and the M18 run from Rotherham takes about half an hour.
Doncaster camps are spread across the borough, from the town's own sites to the villages toward Askern and Bawtry. The 70ft assault course and laser quest are the two bookings that suit a mixed camp best: the course keeps a queue moving on a field, while laser quest works in a sports hall or a marquee with the sides closed.
We have supplied Doncaster Scouts with event kit and worked the Askern community calendar, so the delivery run and the local venue access are familiar. For a district camp, tell us whether the site has a hall or just a field and we will choose the kit accordingly.
We cover DN1 to DN12, including Doncaster, Askern, Bawtry and Thorne. Doncaster is also on the route to the Humber and the A1 corridor, which means a camp here can share a delivery with a Scunthorpe or Hull booking. That sometimes reduces the transport cost for a smaller district event.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery to Doncaster take?
About 30 minutes via the M18 or A1. Askern and the northern villages add a few minutes, and we will confirm the run when you send the postcode.
Can you run laser quest in a sports hall?
Yes, provided the hall gives a clear 12m x 12m and the ceiling is high enough for the arena. Outdoors it needs grass, and hard standing can be used with a drill-and-bolt anchor.
What happens if it rains?
The 70ft course can run indoors on artificial grass or a hard floor, and laser quest works indoors on any surface. If the camp is field-only, we will plan a wet-weather alternative before the event.
Can you cover a full district camp?
Yes. We can run three or four activities side by side, with staff on each, and keep the same crew for a multi-day booking.
