London work is anchored by the exhibition venues. Specsavers has run our Whack a Mole with custom graphics at ExCeL, a workforce-management firm ran the giant buzz wire on their stand there, and the Olympia exhibitions, the City's conference halls and the Kensington venues all take the branded-games build. InterContinental at the O2 has run a branded Batak Lite for a client showcase, and Kenwood House has had the Gold Bar Challenge for a heritage-events agency. Custom branding on Batak panels, Whack a Mole leaderboards, prize cranes, photo booth overlays and even funfair stall fronts is all printed in-house.
The Amazon sites around the M25 are among our biggest corporate runs anywhere. Aveley Football Club and Belhus Park host their family fun days on our kit - dodgems, Bumper Carz, rodeo bulls, climbing walls, deck chair and catering rows - the Post-Peak Christmas parties have filled the Troxy in Stepney with Batak Pros, carnival games and a custom cash grabber, and the Rochester site alone has taken dance machines, Whack a Zombie, virtual pinball and snow globes across a single festive season. Decathlon's Croydon store has run staffed event days with our branded climbing wall, Batak, PA and AI photo booths - one launch weekend there was done jointly with IKEA.
London venue power is bureaucratic rather than difficult: the exhibition halls want the exhibitor manual honoured, the hotels have their own events electricians, and the industrial sites around the M25 have supplies we distribute from. What we bring to it is the kit and the paperwork being right the first time - which, in a venue with a loading bay schedule and ten other suppliers in the queue behind you, is worth more than any discount. Outdoor fun-day runs to the Essex and Kent belt sites come self-powered on the truck.

Single indoor games hire for a day at somewhere between £325 and £495. The rodeo bull starts at £395, the climbing wall at £699, and the big assault course at £1,695. Most company days we run here come out between £1,500 and £5,000 all-in once the staffed items and catering are counted, and one combined delivery prices better than the items hired separately.
Do you deliver to London?

It does not take weeks, but it is not same-week either, so flag it with your enquiry.
How far ahead should we book for London?
London's corporate diary is the earliest-filling in the country: conference-season dates (spring and autumn) at the big halls plan months ahead through exhibitor deadlines, and December party dates in the hotels go by early autumn. If your booking is mid-week and indoor, a fortnight can still work - but the big weekend family days want six weeks or more.
