This is our 32 amp power distribution unit, or distro box as most of the trade calls it. Feed one 32A 240V supply into it and you get six separately protected 16A outputs, plus a 32A feed-through socket you can loop into another box if you need more circuits. It splits and protects whatever is feeding it rather than making power itself, so it always sits between your supply and your kit: one of our diesel generators outdoors, or a proper venue supply indoors. A household 13A socket won't feed it.
Sockets and protection

- All the breakers sit behind a hinged clear polycarbonate window, so fingers and weather stay off them while you can still read every switch mid-event
The internals are built by PCE in Austria on their IMST chassis: shock-resistant polyamide housing, a steel carry handle and rubber corner lugs, with splash-proof caps on every socket. Around 7kW of total load comes down that single 32A inlet when it's working flat out, which happily runs a caterer's stand or a trader pitch: an electric urn on one circuit, fridges on another, festoon lighting and a PA on the rest.
