The giant inflatable helter skelter stands 22ft tall with a 15ft slide platform. Riders climb the internal staircase to the top of the tower, then slide down the spiral chute on the outside. It takes up a 27.6ft x 22.1ft footprint and handles up to four riders at a time at staggered heights, so it keeps queues moving at busy events.

Indoor and Outdoor Use

Unlike traditional fairground helter skelters, which need outdoor space and hours of assembly, the inflatable version works indoors on hard floors or artificial grass as well as outdoors on grass. This opens up venue-based corporate events, exhibition halls, and indoor arenas that a 50ft wooden helter skelter simply cannot reach. Setup is measured in minutes, not hours.

PIPA Tested and Fully Insured

The helter skelter is PIPA registered (tag 40630) and independently inspected each year by RPII-certified inspectors. It is manufactured to BS/EN14960 regulations and covered by our £5 million public liability insurance as standard. Risk assessments and method statements are provided with every booking. Our PIPA test certificate, including tag number and expiry date, is published on the product page for anyone to verify.

How It Works

Riders enter through the base, climb the internal steps to the platform at 15ft, then sit down and slide around the outside spiral chute to the bottom. Each ride takes around 20–30 seconds. With four riders on the slide at staggered intervals, throughput is steady even at large events. A trained member of our staff supervises the helter skelter throughout your hire, managing the queue, helping riders at the top, and keeping things running safely. You do not need to provide your own stewards.
